Judgment from the onset!

Cash Converters at Address: Okavango Rd, Shop 7, Cape Gate Lifestyle Centre, Brackenfell, Cape Town, 7562, South Africa is the worst! We took an item in to put onto a buy back and in my life have never seen such unprofessional ethic! The manager legit advised that he ""needs to build a relationship with us first"" in order to provide us with a decent buy back price. What kind of business is this? Their adverts for damn sure do not say ""the better your relationship the better the price"" The problem here is that they look at you by the face and then make a decision! That to me reads POOR Business ethic and definitely awarded worst branch! Funny enough , we have relocated and the branch we used to use had a very different treatment style. Get your branch together , You never know who is on the others ide of the counter or how they can impact your business!!! Be mindful of that and understand that people dont give in their valuable items because they want to , We all live in hard times and alternatives need to be made - Help or get out of the business , you are dragging the place's reputation down with your stink attitude!
