Irritating service!

I bought a broken Macbook from Cash Converters at South Gate i reported it same day, they are refusing to refund me my money back at this point! they told me to take it to their repair and i am driving more than 50km to go to south......i am ****en! irritated with their service at this point its been months now i gave them their ****! machine lerato sibanyoni the owner of the store is dodging my calls and refusing to call me .... this is the second time i am reporting this issue and not getting any where its irritating i hope no one ever buys anything from lerato sibanyoni's cash converters stores .... i want my money back! some idiot manager called virgin from store is giving me attitude on the phone and refusing my refund.
