Iphone 6 plus

Good day I purchased an IPhone 6 plus on the 17th of November 2020, the consultant stayed that it needs only the screen and the battery however the was more to that since everything wasn't explained to me, I went to return the phone as it has software problems at cash crusaders wonderpark, however I was I'll treated by Michael I don't know if he's the manager or what now I bought a phone and the screen that isn't going to work because of the phone doesn't need new replacement but a software, I was rudely assisted by Michael I even left the phone there as I was so disappointed on how they were quick to take my cash but fussy on giving me assistance, I'd like to get help ASAP as my work documents are on that iCloud .
