Interest on interest charged

I was retrenched and we pawned some goods as I was waiting for my final payment from ex employer. We were supposed to get our goods out on 19 October but asked for extention. They then extended with interest.We asked them to extend until 30 October 2015 as that was the day I was supposed to get my final salary, the final payment never happened as I was promised from ex employer as they said they had N O money for salaries. I went three and begged them to extend until today 3November 2015 and again interest was added with vat. When I asked about it they told me that they do not work with the policy of 10 day grace after your first date of release and there after they add vat and interest, and again on the interest more vat? How can this cash converters strand charge you interest on interest on interest and vat? Will appreciate if you can send me an email address so that I can forward the documents to you for investigation. I have all the proof. I was retrenched and struggling to get work and cash converters ate ripping people off. Any other information you can contact me Phillip on ***.
