Intentionally Treating Me Unfairly:

So Cash Converters Greenstone sold me wrong product after visiting the store 3 times before buying it, Confirmed the product with 2 different staff members before buying then after buying the product the next day when I returned it they tell me because is not faulty they can only buy from me with less than 40% of what I bought it with yesterday, this is pure *******.

The worst part though is for them to have the nerve of telling me that the product does not operate according to the specification I got before buying it, which does not make sense why they sold it to me if it was not operating according to my specifications. Now I am being told they cannot refund me but they'll sell the product on my behalf. I am wondering how many of us are being sold product on someone else behalf. I regret stepping into that store, heard stories,seen the reviews, thought it was myth, I guess I am learning the hard-way.
