Incorrect vacancy post advertised

There was a post advertised at Cash Converters yesterday 16/04/2019 that they are expanding and have 2 vacancies open must be able to work with customers. So today i have dropped of my 2 Boys and the manager said that he cannot employ them because they are not technical and the add never talked about having technical s****s. I think this is all about race nothing else because we are colourd.
