Inconvenience time wasters

On behalf of my sister Lucy, She took her sons phone to be repaired which he uses for school work especially now since the country has been under lockdown. The phone was to be fixed 4 months ago when she took it to CASH CONVERTORS in DOBSONVILLE SHOPPING Center and was assured that she will be called to come and collect which should take a week. Waited and waited but nothing, went back and was told that the phone was not sent to the repair centre due to the world wide pandemic (Covid-19) which was understandable however she waited 3 months again and nothing, went back to the store where she was once again **** to and got told that the phone didn't go to the repair centre they forgot about it clearly and another line of lies followed and got told that it will be sent to the repair centre but still nothing got a shock of my life to find that they plain ignored me and still haven't contacted me to update about the phone which my son needs. This is not normal, fair neither respectful, she just wonder is it because she is who she is or what. She feel disregardarded in all ways of human life. Why is the phone not being fixed, sent to the repair centre or getting updates.
