Incompetence of Mellisa Pillay at cash converters

I took a loan and subsequently paid it up. Cash converters never updated my credit profile at credit bureau. Instead they have been dragging their feet since last year. Mellisa Pillay who is the supervisor has been liaising with me ever since last year lying to me that they updated my credit bureau (I have a dozen of emails from Mellisa pillay and Tiny mthimunye) . This is a nightmare for me as I cannot get credit anywhere because of this. Guys be warned you take a loan at cash converters you are doomed for life. They will never update your bureau, instead they will list your loan as a bad payer and you will get an adverse listing. These people are not professional and I have over 10 emails from this Mellisa lady each time telling me stories that don't add up. You guys are giving bad name to cash converters as you have, on many occasions, failed to assist me. I now have to liaose with credit bureau and they are refusing to help me. They want cash converters to engage them not me the consumer. I want this sorted ASAP. Mellisa refused to give me her boss's email address so I can lay my complaint so I went to hello Peter.
