cash converters pinetown payday loan department has the worst service ever, i went there on the 17/10/2019 with all the documents needed, and i was told that i needed a confirmation of employment letter. The indian lady was helping me so i gave her the details of my office and she promised to get back to me until now, i am the perso who has been calling to check and on the 24/10/2019, i finally got the letter and contacted her again and she told me i must bring it with another bank statement of which i did this morning and handed the documents via staff member. She still doesnt call me and when i called, she now tells me that i need ti hand in another proof of resident as the one i gave shows that iam from katlehong ( Germiston) and they need the one from durban where am currently renting. All my efforts to get the required docs and later tell me that i need to offer another proof of resident and not keep in touch is very poor.
