Inacurate business hours and no respect for buyers.

I was in need of an inverter quickly on Sunday as mine broke, found one nearby at cash converters Village@Horizon, knew I had little time so sped through there so I could get in, buy, and leave before closing time shown to be 13:00. I arrived and was in front of the store by 12:51 but found they had already locked the shop. I then called their phone number only to be rudely passed on to the manager who again, rudely told me they "want to be out of the store by 13:00" which is not reflected as their trading hours. The arrogance only gets worse as I called the head office to report this only to be told that complaints can only be submitted by email not by phone, absolutely ridiculous! I sincerely hope your business fails swiftly cash converters as your level of disrespect for the buying public does not warrant success!
