I was sold defective goods they refuse to refund

I was sold a damaged PlayStation game. The store has refused to assist me without my slip even though I contacted them about the issue the very next day. All point of sale systems have a history and can reprint slips however they are not willing to do that. Sad how a business is conducted and I hope they can sleep well knowing they have essentially de*****ed a customer. Any honest human being would have no problem reprinting the slip and would actually feel bad that they had sold a paying customer defective goods. Clearly not here.
