As per Genereal Manager Sarel , your contract expired on the 06/01/18 and was sent to the shop floor on the 08/01/18. As per the contract all customers need to come in on or before the contract expires as the goods will automatically belong to the store after 30 days. Adam also claims that he has not received any whattsapp messages from you.
The store has given you the oppurtunity to buy back your goods at a discounted price.
