i need a system generated receipt with a correct amount (2965) not hand written

Cash converters sent me a handwritten receipt. I need a system-generated receipt. why is it difficult for them to give me what I want? Did my account needed 2965 to be settled? because according to my Transunion credit bureau status the amount was 2395. Why is it difficult for their system to generate the right token? If I wasn't aware of the error I should have been indebted with 79.98. My question remains why didn't K****tso captre the 2965 or is it because I was saying cash? i went to the branch before and gave them my banking details and they didn't deduct. my plea is only a system-generated receipt, not a handwritten.
