I have lost a lot of valuable items just because they were expiring during the week. Please run your business fairly.

Not impressed with how Cash Convertors trained their buyers to treat us. They don't mind looking at you in the face and tell you how worthless your valuables are and then go on to sell them at three and sometimes four times the amount they offered you. Please run your business fairly. We know you have to keep the lights on, but do not rip us off. Not forgetting the loan against your goods facility. We come to your stores over the weekend to pawn our items. Yes, we do sign a contract, however, your contract needs to be fair to us as consumers. We request that you please review your policies. Most of your customers do not work closer to the shops we pawn items to. Moreover, we knock off pretty much the same time as the stores closes. We go to convenient stores to our homes, and obviously during week days we are at our workplaces. When an item expires during the week, at least give us the courtesy to have a grace period up until Sunday of the week of expiry to allow us to either come buy time/extend or release from loan/buy back.
