I am livid

<p>This may sound petty to some, but I don't think it is. We recently moved to a bigger apartment that had a lounge. We currently don't own a lounge suite because of the limited space we had. So we did some shopping around and was referred to cash converters. We found a suite that is going for R6000 it fit perfectly in our budget and apartment. So we ordered it to fetch it that weekend. The weekend came, they told us that they can't sell it to us as they've already sold it to someone else! This after we put our name down and re assured them we are purchasing the couch that weekend. So they apologised profusely and we decided to give them another chance after they said they'd order another couch for us. We waited and waited for another 2 weeks, they then apologised again re assuring that it would be here the next week. This after we have already waited 2 weeks. It never arrived. They then promised to deliver it tonight at our door,doesn't matter what what time it is. It is now well into the evening and they still haven't delivered. I am fed up with them and will never go back to them again or refer them to anyone else!! </p>
