I am a regular customer on cash converters, I had purchased a bracelet from the TOKAI branch which has turned brassy and a pendant from centurion that has turned completely metallic, I have taken these items to a jeweller and I was advised that I should go back to the place purchased from.. I did reach out only to hear a whole lot of excuses and that I should now incur most cost by sending it for a Re-evaluation, I am so upset as I like many others work hard for our money and I would like to advise the public that they should not purchase jewellery from this company, a real *******, please find items in the pics attached.. Absolutely gutted that my request to sort these issues out where shut down by excuses
