Humiliated and Very Angry

Good day,<br> <br> I went to your Park Meadows branch to sell an item on Saturday 16 April 2016, Since it was my first time I went directly to the store and inquired with the lady at the till, Big mistake. She was unbelievably rude I left feeling humiliated and very upset. I simply asked her where do I go to sell this item and she said \Just go to the back\" So I asked which back? which she rudely said \"Go outside the store you will find it\" At this point a customer explained to me that I should go outside the store to the parking lot and turn right to find it. What was so hard for this lady to direct me and why is she in the frontline when she clearly cant deal with people with dignity.<br> <br> Humiliated Customer."
