Hilfox cash converters

I went in store today at Hilfox centre. I saw a outdoor set I like. I requested to buy the item on lay-buy as cash coverters have that option, and are advertising it everywhere. Upon my request to lay-buy the manageres told me that lay-buy is not an option with them.
