Hassle free Refunds
When buying online at Cash Converters ask for whatsapp pictures/ videos of what you intend to buy before paying for it! I feel it should be a hassle free when you request for refund the process you paid it should be the process to be taken for refunds not to be requested to run from pillar to post!
