I bought a welding kit online and there was a price discrepancy, I contacted Cash converter Customer services late yesterday afternoon. Thinking it was going to take forever was really surprised that it was attended to almost immediately. More companies should employ staff that actually go out of their way to attended to and help resolve customer issues. A big thank you to Titus Maditse and Mark Bilbrough you have really gone the extra mile even letting me know on a Sunday where my query stood. Well done
