Handed over and listed with no contact from Cash Converters !

I took a loan out with Cash Converters in 2019 . I noticed that they didn't deduct their installment from my bank account for about 2 months .

I made contact with them and asked for a statement . They gave me a reference number and promised to get back to me .

I noticed again after a day that no one reverted with a statement nor information on my account and then I made a follow up . Up to this day I still have the two mails requesting for a statement and one of the follow up email .

What surprises me is even after the request for a statement they never made contact with me neither by phone , email or any other contact I can think of .

I received a call today of a debt collector informing me that the account was handed over .

How do you hand a debtor over if you as a creditor have not made contact - even worse I begged for my statement in order to make payment !

I want my a printed copy of my contract and I want to pay the original amount stated on the ****tract ...I refuse to pay any debt collector until I see the copy of my contract !

Never take a loan out with these people .
