Great return experience

I like to complain when service is not good, but I also like to give credit where credit is due. I bought a bread maker from Cash Converters for my mom in July. I only have it to her in September when I visited her in Pts (I live in Hekpoort). She only tried to use it in January and saw that it switched on, but didn't want to start. I contacted Cash Converters service desk and told them about the problem. They got back to me within 30min and said they will send me the waybill for collection. There was some miscommunication and they tried to collect it in Hekpoort, but immediately made a plan when I told them that I was by my mom in Pta. The next day they collected it from the correct address. Everything had to happen really fast as the guarantee due date was a few days away. Within a week they refunded me, including my delivery fee. I was shocked, but in a good way! Thank u Cash Converters, will definitely make use of u guys again!
