Great refund process

I really enjoyed your customer service experience when requesting a refund. It was seamless quick and convenient. I bought a pair of ice skates online that were the wrong size (maybe just review how you advertise the sizes of things on the website) and went to collect but as soon as I saw how small they were I was told I could email head office and request a refund. I got a repsonse quickly and my refund was then timeously processed. Thank you so much for showing what good customer service can look like!
