I would like to compliment your Cash Converters Gezina branch for outstanding service beyond the call of Duty.

I bought a 10” Dixon Tablet in June 2019 and at the end of November 2019 it would not charge anymore. I took it into the branch in the middle of December 2019 who explained it would have to be sent in for repairs.

I collected it in the first week of February 2020 and on the weekend I plugged it in but it would not charge. On Monday the 10th of February I went back to explain the problem and was helped by a young man Clarence who was very helpful. He went to the back to discuss the problem with someone and came back and said they will exchange the tablet for a new one. I was most surprised and pleased at the same time and just want to compliment Cash Converters on outstanding customer service.
