Goods sold after paying interest on time

I paid interest through bank and put my i d number as a reference when I went again following month my goods where sold the manager was very rude and told me that it’s not her job to help customers and when I wanted the store owner she told me she is the one with this other gentleman the last her name is scarlet she is rude she left us there and said she is going to the pharmacy cause we are wasting her time. This other gentleman said we can do whatever we want we can report them to the head office or call our lawyer. What a bad service i was shocked . I’m even scared to report them to they are head office cause they where so confident that my matter won’t see the light of day.
