Going above and beyond

Hello, I'm writing to tell of the lovely service I received from your lady at your Ottery branch in the Western Cape - Chante. She needs to be recognised for her amazing customer service, she can be a great example to her peers. She together with Debbie at the QuickDraw head office really went above and beyond to assist me with a recent query I had on my profile. Keep up the good work guys, I'll definately be back.
