Frustrating Experience with Cash Converters Platinum Square Rustenburg

I'm writing to express my frustration with my recent experience with your branch.

I've been trying to sell an item through your WhatsApp line, and it's been a nightmare. It takes 1h30m to get a response about cash availability, which is ridiculous.

The worst part is, I've been told multiple times that you don't have cash available to buy items from customers. How does a franchise like Cash Converters not have cash on hand? 😡

Last time, I messaged to check if you'd take my item and what you'd offer. Due to the slow response, I drove all the way to the store, only to be told you didn't have cash. No idea when you'd have cash either.

This is wasting my time and money on fuel. Can we get some improvement on communication and efficiency? The staff seem too relaxed, like they've got all day.

Fix the WhatsApp response time and get some cash in the store, please.
