Fruadulent Company

My beter half had paintball guns on pawn at the Riverside branch in Nelspruit. Last month we paid on the 13th via a 3rd Party peraon that paid for us directly at the branch as we had to move to Pretoria. This month we tried phoning and emailing countless times to make an eft arrangement. They simply dont answer and dont reply. Eventually we got a friend there to go in on the 14th to pay cash yet again. They simply told them that our pawn expired on the 8th. Without contacting us or anything to tell us that the expiry date would now be the 8th instead of the 13th. After laying a complaint on Friday. Heafdoffice simply phoned to ask which branch. Never even hearing anything back... We are in the downs as the items are of sentimental value to my beter half. He is in piecea due to a company that could not keep to their policy. How is that in anyway fair. You are promised one thing and the company does an entirely different thing? We used to support Cash Converters to the max we always went in and bought various items from them. Yet now we know how they make their money... By preying on people the way they did us...
