I received a text message on Friday 17/11 @ 12:41 to say a pay day loan of R3000 had been paid to me. A few minutes later another text to say R2500 had been withdrawn on this loan. I was at work and DEFINITELY did not take a loan at cash converters so I immediately called to branch to find out what was going on. It took me three attempts to get through to the branch manager and eventually when I did Brent told me he does not deal with these things I must call back and speak to Maria, then promptly put the phone down on me. So i called back again and asked to speak to Maria, I explained what happened and she assure me it was nothing to worry about sometime mistakes are made with cell phone numbers?????? Not satisfied with this response I call cash converters head office this morning, and how now spoken to Kenny (who did not bother to call me back) then I called again and spoke to Heinrich (who has also not called me back). I called again and was put through to Melissa who said she would investigate and come back to me, she called back a short while later and informed me that a case of ***** was being investigated by their ***** divisions. I was given the name Rachel or Wonga and a tell number to call ********** , I keep calling to find out what is being done to sorted this ***** out but NO REPLY PHONE JUST RINGS. I am hoping by posting this I WILL GET SOME KIND OF RESPONSE IF NOT I AM GOING TO THE SAP AND OPENING A CASE OF ***** AGAINST CASH CONVERTERS!
