<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Went to your Randburg branch on the 22/04/2016. Borrowed R700 on my laptop. On the 28/05/2016 (5days late), I withdraw cash to go and collect. Hand in my contract to the manager Frank. Whom then informs me that the contract has expired, and that the stock is now on the floor, for sale! Highly upset, because there are thousands of photos and personal things on the computer, I discover that the laptop is now for sale for R1495.00</p> <p>So after an argument with Frank, I hand him R1500 in R100 bills. Now I have to to wait for one of your staff to look for the charger. Now I am at the cashier, who then charges me R1400, another staff member a R100 bill. Then to top everything off, one staff member hands me a release form to say that I have paid back the loan amount and collected my asset. Wich I refused to do, but kept the sales reciept. Can anyone in your company explain if this is the way that you conduct business?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
