Forged document

It's a ******* money making scheme, pawned my LG TV for a month and when I took it back it was wrapped in a plastic to protect the screen so they just switched it on to show it was working, and because I trusted them I took it, and when I got home the picture quality is not working I sent it back to only be assisted by a rude rasict men who didn't even care about my complaint and accused me of signing a document upon collection of which bi didn't I asked him to check his cameras and he claims they are suddenly not working
