False reservation of goods

Second time this has happened, saw a pair of speakers online and spoke to sales person. Wanted to collect yesterday but apparently they were closed due to the holiday.The salesperson Killion assured me that he has reserved the speakers for me and I can collect in the morning. Morning came and he messaged to ask if i was still coming and i rep**** yes. 40 min later after driving all the way from centurion I arrive in the store and find someone testing the speakers, this guy had been told the same story by the same salesperson who wasnt even in the store. Now i get first come first serve BUT why do you promise more than one person that the item is reserved for them? Serious waste of time and diesel which is now 29 rand a litre. I used to be an avid supporter of this store but seeing as though this is the second time i am off the brand. All i get is a sorry, no one is concerned about fuel and time, staff members need to be more considerate and ****** professional!
