False repair

I bought wireless headphones on a Sunday and on a Thursday after purchase the sound quality went bad I went to the shop but the manager refused to exchange them. He said they would be taken to repairs but after twenty one days of me waiting, the headphones are still in the same condition nd some button are not working.
