FALSE CREDIT BUREAU REPORT DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

I have an absurd amount reflecting on my credit report. It claims I have a R3400 debt from cash converters South Africa yet there is nothing I owe.

This has heavily impacted my credit report as I understand I’ve been taken to the credit bureau. Someone made a mistake I’m paying heavily for. I’m unable to get good offers on the stuff I want to apply for because if this.

I’ve called cash converters head office for the third time now and nothing has been updated

I went to one cash converters store and I was given a letter to show that I do not owe anything at all. Please forward the corrected details to all the credit bureaus to update my payment history section of the credit report accordingly.
