false 6 months warrantee .,

They promise 6 months GAURANTEE BUT YOU'LL NOT GET THAT.. I bought a Ryobi invertor from Keywest on the 23 Aug 2023 for R9000 and 27 Aug I went to Spain and got back on the 27 September only started using it then, it was fine load shedding was not for extended hours it was only 2 hours when that schedule changed that's when the issues started 4 hours it would run and stop . In this instance it was running for an extended period I.e., more than 2 hours. And it just went off and I thought it was fuel, when I checked it was still sufficient. I then had to take back to your Keywest branch where I purchased it and they checked it and assured me that they'll fix it I'll come collect it. I went 2 times as there was no feedback, Yesterday Sunday I got a call from them stating I need to come in and was told I was shown a report from Ryobi stated that I overloaded the inverter and to repair it would cost me R6300. Whereas this item is still under warranty. To make this even preposterous it is said to have an overload indicator and protection. I have been running my house with it perfectly for a month or so without any issues for 2 hours when the schedule changed, I experienced this issue. I have to date sent 2 emails not reply
