Fair pricing and good deal for all?

Recently, went into the Cash Converters branch in Randburg Bram Fischer to sell my Iphone 6s 128GB. The phone was in immaculate condition, agreed this is always subject to review, and accept this is always up to the buyer.. It had no scratches on the cover, including the back of the phone, had absolutely no scratches or dents. I also produced documents that i recently replaced the battery and connector port from IFIX with receipt from 4 months ago. The response from the sales man was; " Phone looks great, but we can only offer you R1500,00" Coming to an establishment like this I was not expecting much, and granted needed a short term cash flow. So I didn't expect a response like that, but the response after that flawed me... Me querying the offer and I said lets negotiate, the response was we not going to move, and that is the offer . The response after that flawed me even more; " Well Sir we need to make some money off of this". Sure I'm a business owner myself but inflating the price by 200%+, as that's what i saw on offer on their shelves in the same store.. I left the establishment, saying that's a laugh and sold it for market related price 2 days later on the more reputable online establishments offered on the internet. Needless to say I will not lower myself to be insulted again by this establishment. Rather use online platforms to sell your goods, you might wait a bit longer but you will get your money's worth, rather than being prowled upon by Cash Conerters who so broadly advertise wanting to make exorbitant profits. Cash Converters: Rediculous false advertising!!!
