Exceptional Service from Chelsea Darrell

Where to begin...

I recently purchased a Double Door fridge Freezer from Cash Converters located at Festival Mall in Kempton Park.

After a few days we started to notice the compressor, piping for the water and Ice Dispenser were not in great condition.

Queue the Floor Manager that went above and beyond! Never have I experienced the level of customer service as provided by Chelsea Darrell.

After sending the repair technicians and receiving the quote, she immediately called us, notifying that she will be hunting at other branches for a similarly priced fridge.

Using her own initiative, outside of office hours, she scoured the stock listings of all branches and found a fridge that she deemed worthy, might I say, she literally went the extra mile!

Apart from the unbelievably well mannered customer relations skills, Chelsea truly embodies the term of Customer Service. Her Honesty and willingness to help is one of the many values that she has that most institutions lack.

To Chelsea: Thank you so much for your assistance! You have been nothing but helpfull and supportive.

To her management: I would highly advise a raise or promosion in the near future as Chelsea is an asset worth investing in!

In short: Chelsea has ensured that she has a return customer for life!
