Excellent Service from Arbour Crossing

We bought a Bernette B70 embroidery machine from Cash Converters Arbour Crossing. The initial process was great with Lara helping us out even after hours. Thank you so much Lara for all your help! You are amazing! We made a mistake buying it online by not selecting the delivery option. Arbour Crossing sorted it for us and even payed for the delivery. When the delivery got to us it was missing some parts that the store forgot to ship included in the original packaging. Quick call to the manager and he sorted it for me, thank you so much! The on and off switch was damaged through the delivery process but I fixed it myself. Just check next time to package the delivery a bit better, but overall a VERY good expierence. Thanks guys.
