EXCELLENT SERVICE

I would love to take this opportunity firstly with NOMPELO I think. She has the curly hair and the fancy eye make up. What a pleasant friendly staff member with excellent customer service skills. The time I visited in FEBRUARY SHE WAS ON HER GAME. She wasn't supposed to assist, but cos the Lovely and friendly PERPETUAL I think was on lunch. So not to make me sit and wait, Nomps took initiative and her time and helped me with positive results and feedback and I left the store smiling and happy cos what I came for as promised was done without any issues. A CLASS SERVICE FROM THIS DYNAMIC YOUNG PRETTY LADY WITH SUCH A KIND DEMEANOUR.

Today... I came in at around 9:10am. And I was assisted by KYLLE. Lol first time I saw a KYLLE WITH A LL. lol. So anyways, he has this stern look, maybe cos it was so early in the morning, or maybe cos he had a mask on so I cudnt see his smile lol. Anyways he went through the email u guys sent me and he started on my application. He was so professional, and then when I started yapping away, he also got a bit relaxed and started building rapport with me. He totally engaged with me regarding my items I brought in, he did all the necessary checks, and he was super friendly and efficient. I absolutely enjoyed being there at the store, laughing, talking about experiences here in Cpt whilst he attended to my request. He never once let the ball slip, he was on top of his game the entire process. He gave me top quality service from start to finish. He not only did his job but he advised me on return policies, Payments so on and so forth. Which I believe is what QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. He Taught me consumer things I never knew and I'm so grateful for this knowledge as a consumer. WELL DONE KYLLE.

Oh and the 2 young boys working at that desk with KYLLE, . The white boy and coloured boy. I'm very observant and the way they treated the walk in clients with such respect and they assisted them with excellent service as well. We'll done boys, keep up the great workm

So with that being said, KYLLE AND Nomps. Have made my experience at CASH CONVERTERS A FANTATSIC ONE. Its staff members like this that needs to be recognised by HIGHER MANAGEMENT not only for their Service, but the mere fact that they take their job seriously and they uphold The Cash Converters BRAND with Professionalism, QUALITY SERVICE, and they genuinely know their products, company policy and rules and regulations. THESE STAFF MEMBERS NEEDS TO BE REWARDED. They are the reason why we as consumers don't give up on people in retail or any other customer related business, cos even if theirs rude agents or sales assistants, Theres is always those hidden GEMS like Kylle and Nompulelo that restores our faith.
