Empty promises

I bought a laptop from cash converters balfour,I then realised the laptop was faulty as it could not connect to wifi ,it was always on airplane mode ....the speakers were dysfunctional...and it was slow..and a few other issues

I took it back ,to request for a refund as I was extremely inconvenienced.

When I asked them for a refund,i told them what my issues were, they then tried to fix it as i wait...

When they notified to come and check it ...it was now worse than before as the speakers were now totally silent and now wifi was still not turning on..

They then decided that They were gonna book it for repairs ,I then asked them :if they take it in for repairs ,will they still extend my warranty ,they told me they do not know...I asked them again to give me assurance that my warranty will be extended because they are the ones who sold me faulty goods.....I told them if they cannot give me assurance ...I want the option of getting a refund, they refused and they kept brushing me off...I honestly do not understand why I cannot get a refund, when I am within my six months of guarantee,as this is what they promise on their terms and conditions, but they still chose to disregard their own terms.

this incident happened on 27th of may 2017
