DVDS POOR QUALITY

Good day All, I am a regular customer of Cash Concerts at the East Rand Value Mall in Boksburg. I don't have SABC or DSTV only watch series. DVD's have been made obsolete, I buy 3-4 series a week. The condition of the DVDS are shocking. I bought Grey's Antomy at cost of R49, R10 more expensive the Cash Crusaders. Yes we check the disc for scratches and on 3 different series it was real bad. The have a 1 day policy to return in the same day of purchase but I live 10-15km there and back. No car you see so I trust the employees to be truthful and honest. Once I was apart of race dispute as the lady at the counter would not help cause I was not the same race. Can someone please intervene as I also found discs missing, how do you buy a 7 disc series with one disc missing. There is no accountability. Plus I will see the on Thursday. A pawn shop is a rip-off shop. And I always thought the customer was right???
