Dube, Eyethu Mall disaster
What a huge disappointment it is to shop at your Dube, Eyethu branch in Soweto. You find management yelling at staff on the sales floor in front of clients. They claim to open at 9am, but they open on their own time. Shoppers who arrive at 9am are made to wait outside with no explanation.
I've never been so disappointed. Customer service training is needed here.
