hi there so we bought a laptop from cash converter Balfour mall JHB first we discover that the speakers were not working then we took it back went trought the hole process of sending it in for repairs and all that got it back today now my keyboard ****ions in not in place my @ sing is now my " sign and other also how the hell do u sell a product that is not ****ional now am asking for a refund and they denied me.am going to open a case of ***** ( selling product that is fals working and misleading information) i would like a owner to get a hold of me ASAP please.i will never again support any cash converter a specially not the one at balfour mall.the staff there is rude and not reliable at all no one can assist us there or advice in a respectfully no one know the next step that way there should be a CEO ther but nope nothing maybe if they work more and play less to impress they shop would be doing beter.alta ***
