DONT CARE FOR CURRENT CLIENTS !!!!

i phoned cash converters head office ,first quinton , who gladly helped me , and then tiny , i tried to get hold of warren and jenni, my son need to undergo a operation , and discovery only pay out so much , i have one installment left on my 123 loan and one installment on my payday loan , i never missed one payment always on time , i needed a loan of R1500 to do this operation at louis leipoldt mediclinic , my childs life depents on it, they can her my pain and i cried non stop just te help me out, and rep**** they can take the whole amount off the end of the month , but they cant accomodate , because the managers having a meeting ??? THIS IS A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION !!! and you cant even go call the manager to asist a client that need this so badly for the sakes of her son ??? i am not happy with the way HO is handeling my situation.i was placed on hold for 2 min they dont even phone back to assist me !!!!!
