Don't Buy From Their Online Website

I bought a Dell projector from your online website 21 August & received it today Order:#*** It's your vendor in Anderson street & I'm in Cape Town, so I had to PAY for courier charges as well!!! This upsets me because why they hell would a store not check if the item is in good working condition first! At first glance it looks in good condition but when first trying the hdmi with a device, it showed up on screen but keeps on crashing. I then tried another device with hdmi, the same. I then changed the HDMI wire, and again with a third wire, all crashing. I then used the laptop input, this gave a fuzzy, blurry picture & then crashes.....I tried another 2 laptops, all fuzzy picture & crashes!!! I then uploaded a usb, and already the picture was fuzzy? So this shows me that the shop didn't even check all this faults. The fan is also unusually loud! I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMERCARE, SO LETS SEE HOW QUICK THEY HANDLE THIS AND I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW HOW YOU DEALT WITH THIS ISSUE
