Don't buy from cash converters online

Don't buy online form cash converters nonsense of a company. I recently bought a TV from cash converters Ottery online when they delivered it to me the screen was damaged so I return it to them. No one is updating me, no one I answering my questions, this one is transfering me to another one on one wants to help. They promised a refund but I asked for a TV no one is answering me they are making me a fool. This is starting to look like a ****. I love buying online but they ****ed up my experience.
