Doggy policies to ***** people

My pension mother bought a Laptop for 4grands in February. She went overseas back and forth towards end of may she stated using July she realised that she couldn't use it without charger. I asked to used it and realised there was problem last night - I went to the shop today was told the don't guarantee batteries

My question is so they sold her a laptop for 4000 that they knew the battery was faulty because they have policy of no guarantee for batteries BUT then do they sell laptops without batteries - would someone of sound mind but something that will be faulty even before 6months

To top that Peter the store manager in Alberton when I enquired his name he says would you like head office number as well - now that's the attitude the manager has.

So you are sold **** products because big companies create policies to dissadvantage customers to ***** them put of their hard earned car
