DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CASH CONVERTERS RICHARDS BAY

On the 8th Of November 2025, I went onto Cash Converters website, I buy all my jewellery from their web shop online, I purchased a heart shaped diamond pendant, purchase went through and all was fine until I received a WhatsApp message from the store in question CASH CONVERTERS RICHARDS BAY STORE, stating that the item purchased was actually sent in for melting and due to the new system it was not removed from the web, all well they refunded me, however last night the 15th November 2025 at around 20:58pm I go back online and find the very same pendant back up for sale with the price hiked by 5 times the amount I paid, I was utterly shocked firstly by being **** to and then have my purchase refunded on the basis of their pricing being off, this is highly unacceptable and I will make sure that I never purchase nor will I ever give that specific store a good review for people to purchase from, the level of dishonesty was disgusting. Poor customer service and legally this falls under the BAIT AND SWITCH BEHAVIOUR and is a VIOLATION. So anyone purchasing from CASH CONVERTERS, AVOID MAING ANY PURCHASES FROM THE RICHARDS BAY STORE, as a constant customer of Cash Converters this was really upsetting to learn.
