Disrespectful *********** Owner !

I’ve purchased an Apple Watch from the Waterfall branch only to find out that the watch has an activation lock,with several attempts to contact the store no one has any clue how to resolve this issue, I called again unluckily to speak to owner Carol at the waterfall branch.I was disgusted and traumatised by her behaviour as a senior of the store. Her words were abrupt and abusive. A person of that sort should not even be owning a store. She needs to return to customer service training and support. She is extremely rude and inhumane.I’m disgusted and will take this to higher powers.
