Dishonestly

I bought a couch forR5000 in your Balfour park mall on the 12th August 2021,,within 2 week it was broken went back to the branch to talk to the manager which confirmed I will get my full refund as I don’t trust their quality anymore, when I brought in the couch they are now telling me stories that couches don’t have warranties which it states clearly in the receipt that it’s 6 months warranty on faulty items.. now the manager doesn’t want to refund us and has our couch
